Spring on a Still Saturday

"Never yet was a springtime, when the buds forgot to bloom."

—Margaret Elizabeth Sangster

Joining Sandy for Still Saturday.

The Mountain Laurel is blooming here at the apartment complex. Beautiful!!!

  1. Hi Linda!
Isn't hope beautiful?! What a wonderful photo and just the right quote. Hugs floating your way. =)

  2. Our mountain laurel hasn't yet bloomed, but the one at my husband's office has. And I saw two redbuds in bloom, one white, one purple.

  3. What a good quote to remember! Spring will come. And the buds will bloom! Thank you for this reminder.

  4. You're blooming? How beautiful.

I'm curious what our spring will look like since we're still mostly awaiting our snow. We don't yet have complete ground cover (after last year's 100 inches, it's a bit odd).

March is usually the snowiest month, so we'll see what happens. Happy weekend to you, Linda.

  5. What a pleasant sight! It will be awhile before anything is blooming here.

  6. you make me want to hop in the car and drive south...

  7. I love all the beautiful early spring pictures down there in your neck of the woods. Then I love our spring time when it's heating up down there! I couldn't survive your summers!
