Elegant in Pink

They make their fashionably late arrival - elegant in delicate pink. These Evening Primroses are my favorite. They are beautiful in their own right, but when they condescend to mingle with the Blue Bonnets they are lovelier still.

Blessings,
Linda

Just gorgeous. Is this on your acreage?

No Dawn - I saw them on my walk today. I plan to scatter some wildflower seeds at the new place in the fall though. I have visions of beautiful flowers growing everywhere!

Simply beautiful!! They almost look like poppies. If you sow wildflower seeds, try some of the little red poppies. They usually reseed themselves.

Thank you Charlotte. I absolutely trust your recommendations. I'll give the poppies a try!

Love blue bonnets - they remind me of lupin up in Minnesota. We have evening primrose here, too, but mine are yellow.
